The Delaware County Juvenile court has jurisdiction over cases where the alleged offender is a minor. If the individual is not being charged as an adult, the court will fairly and impartially decide whether the youth is eligible for a treatment or rehabilitation program or if he or she must serve a jail sentence. - CASA Program of Delaware County – created to help children who are victims of violence, sexual abuse, and neglect.
- Drum Circle – the Treatment Court of Delaware County, designed to help participants gain control of any illnesses or addictions that they may have.
- SAP (Suspension Alternative Program) – for students who have been suspended from middle or high school. Allows students to participate in the program in lieu of being suspended from school.
